Swiss off-piste
The Alpes Vaudoise in
Western Switzerland stretches from Lake Geneva to the
peaks of the Oberland. We have easy access to a huge
off-piste area from the lifts of Leysin, Les Mosses,
Villars, Les Diableret, Glacier 3000, Château d’Oex,
Rougemont and Gstaad.
We are based in Leysin, a
resort famous for its sunshine and fine views. The aim
of the week is to explore the region and find the best
off-piste skiing, whether it is in the trees, out on
open sunny slopes, in shady couloirs, or high up on the
glacier with stunning views of the Mont Blanc Range and
Pennine Alps. There will also be off-piste safety
awareness training.
The trip is intended for
intermediate level skiers capable of 10-12 continuous
turns off-piste. Experienced off-piste skiers will also
enjoy exploring this area.
The trip duration is 8 days
including arrival and departure. There are 6 days of
skiing, of which 5 are guided. The first day is your
personal warm up day, but could be an additional
instructional day to refresh off-piste ski technique.
Programme
There are many alternatives, and flexibility is the key
to getting the most enjoyable snow and best descents for
the week. The following programme is just an example:

initial briefing and review of the itinerary.
Day 2 Free day (non-guided), or ask about a ski
technique day.

resort of Villars.
Day 5 Off-piste from Isenau to Glacier 3000

skiers with 1 guide. |
