Leysin

There is a good range of accommodation available in Leysin.  We tend to use the smaller hotels where there is always a friendly welcome and personal service.  We are using two 2-star hotels in Leysin this winter:

Tour d'Ai and Villa Vermont

Once your booking is confirmed, we will send you exact accommodation information.  If you want a private guiding arrangement we can help make a reservation, or you can book yourself via the contacts provided by the Leysin Office du Tourism.

Away from Leysin

When a trip takes us away from Leysin and we spend nights in the valley we use typical simple mountain village hotels.

In the mountains

Many of the trip programmes include nights in mountain huts.  Some huts are large and busy (e.g. on the high level route from Chamonix to Zermatt) while others may be more simple and quiet (e.g. on the 'Wild' high level route).  During the popular touring season the huts provide a restaurant service, but sometimes we use huts when they are 'ungaurded'.  Whether quiet or crowded every hut has its own special characteristics and allows us to enjoy the best of the high mountains.
